Founded in 1993, Zlata Hvezda was the first sports bar in the Czech Republic. It is a big place, which looks as though it has not been renovated since, but it offers a good, lively atmosphere just 3 minutes walk from
Wenceslas Square.
Zlata Hvezda Sports Bar attracts a young, international crowd. It has over 50 sports channels and many screens to choose from, so can show practically any sporting event from anywhere in the world.
The inside of the bar is divided into a number of separate rooms, most notable of which are the pool room at the front, a large bar at the back with a huge screen to watch the action on, and a night bar downstairs. Each has plenty of seating and there are additional TV's spread around, often showing a number of sports simultaneously.
It's not the best sports bar in Prague, but if the others are not showing what you want to see, chances are you will find it somewhere in Zlata Hvezda. Drinks are also very reasonably-priced, with impulsive happy hours more or less giving the beer away at certain times of the day.

Suitable for groups of any size.
