The location is the winning factor, with Tara set right in between Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square, just two minutes walk from both.

Tara Pension has very simple rooms, but they are spotlessly clean and each has a fridge and a kettle. Loft rooms on the 4th floor offer views over central Prague. As a pleasant base from which to explore the city, Tara is ideal.

Tara is situated in a pedestrian area. During the day a delightful open-air market operates in front of the pension, selling art, wooden toys, ceramics and souvenirs. During the evening, the area is peaceful and so rooms are fairly quiet for such a central location.

The sights and tourist attractions of Prague are within easy walking distance.

Tara Pension does not include breakfast. Breakfast can be arranged on arrival from 100 CZK per person.

Rooms are furnished with an en-suite bathroom & WC, towels, fridge, kettle, plates, cups and cutlery.

Restaurants & Bars
A pizzeria restaurant and bar is situated below the pension, which in the warmer months has outdoor seating; ideal for a cool drink in the sunshine.

There are also restaurants, cafés and bars all around the hotel in the Old Town and Wenceslas Square (view 'Nearby Places' for restaurant recommendations), and a Costa Coffee close by.

Reception & Security
The reception is open 09:00-20:00. Late check-in is available. Guests have access to the hotel 24 hours a day.
