Duplex Restaurant & Club boasts a terrific position atop a high building in the centre of Wenceslas Square in Prague.

From 10pm it's all change, as Duplex transforms into Prague’s most exclusive club, with lounge style seating, cool lighting and some of the city's best DJ's.

From street level on Wenceslas Square, look up and you see the exterior of Duplex, a giant glass cube overlooking the city.

Take the lift up, and you step out into a stylish, air-conditioned restaurant. The floor to ceiling windows afford all tables nice views over the rooftops of Prague.

If you stroll out onto the terrace, the views over Wenceslas Square are simply the best of any restaurant. And in the warmer months guests have the option of dining outside on the terrace.

On the menu is International and Mediterranean food, expertly prepared and presented, and at reasonable prices for such a setting.

The choices range from entrecôte and filet mignon steaks to lamb chops and fish. There is tasty fresh pasta, a selection of fresh salads, and desserts include such delights as a delicious cheesecake, crème brûlée and various sorbets.

The wine list offers mainly International wine, there is Pilsner Urquell beer on tap, bottled beers, and an extensive list of spirits and cocktails.

All age groups enjoy dining at Duplex. The restaurant will appeal for a wide range of occasions, from romantic couples and business dinners to family gatherings and large group dining.

Club at Duplex
The club at Duplex has a stylish glass, steel and wood interior spread over two levels. Look up from Wenceslas Square at night, and you'll probably see dancers gyrating by the windows, their figures illuminated by the moving lights.

Duplex attracts big name DJ's, playing house music, and the tunes are good to dance to. There are also plenty of comfy sofas to relax into, both inside the club and outside on the terrace. Indeed, with its great views, the balcony is a terrific place for a cocktail.

Duplex is popular with celebrities, including International stars on a trip to Prague, but despite its air of exclusivity most people will find the place welcoming.

Drinks are not the cheapest, but not too expensive either, particularly as Duplex has been awarded membership of The World's Finest Clubs.

As with the restaurant, the club has comfy, outdoor seating on the terrace. In the summer months this affords guests fantastic views over Wenceslas Square, and indeed most of Prague.
