Airport Transfers
Arrival transfer:
Driver will meet you at Prague Airport holding a board with the Prague Experience logo.

Return transfer:
Driver will pick you up from your accommodation 2½ hours before your flight (unless you specify otherwise).

Travelling by Train?
We also pick up from Prague railway and coach stations. On the booking form, enter your train or coach details in place of flight details, and the station name in Special Requests.

City Tour
The city tour is on the morning after arrival. If you prefer a different day, state it in Special Requests.

Confirmation
Your confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours, usually within just a few hours, and even sooner for last minute bookings.

(Bookings made on Sunday: your confirmation will be sent on Sunday for last minute bookings, otherwise on Monday)

Payment
Payments will appear as Travel Experience Ltd on your credit card statement.
