accommodating to our group.
One thing he did was to find our group that evening so he could return
100 Euro that I gave him in the tip money - there were a few hundred
Czech Crowns with 100 Euro mixed in.
He went to our hotel; called me; then found us at the restaurant we were

We had the most incredible experience in your magical city!
The tour was awesome... Our guide was
incredibly knowledgeable of the history and the dates and the detail. He
was also exceptionally kind as it was our Sabbath and we weren't able to
purchase drinks but he bought them for us in good faith that we would
repay him the following day.
The Best of Prague walking tour is a clever and intuitive tour which covers the
best aspects of the city on foot giving perspective to the beauty and
culture. Omar is a fantastic tour guide!

| Everything went far better than expected, the city of Prague is an
absolute joy. The apartments were clean and comfortable, plus within
easy reach of Wenceslas Square. After using apartments in various
European cities in the past, the management of New Town
Apartments weren't as picky as most. What I mean by this is that they
didn't try to charge for the room being left with a bin unemptied or a
small amount of dust on the floor.
The driver, who was well presented and courteous, picked us up in a
modern bus which was again very clean and comfortable. The same has to
be said for the journey back to the airport as well, which was punctual
and helpful. I would like to finish by thanking yourself and Kristyna for making our
Prague Experience a very good one, I will certainly recommend your
services to anyone who is travelling to destinations that you cover.

| Have just returned from a birthday excursion to Prague and can
honestly say that everything ran smoothly. The value for money that
your
site offers is outstanding. The walking tour of Prague trip was
very educational, perhaps a lot to take in, but a fabulous way to get
your
bearings, and loads of opportunities to take photos of the beautiful
scenery, even if it was a little hard on the soles of our feet!! The
evening dinner cruise along the river was very informal and relaxed,
accompanied by a very soothing band, the perfect way to end a days sightseeing, working up an appetite for the buffet on board. The hotel
(Alton)
was a perfect base to explore from, the walk into the town centre
provided
many quaint local pubs, thus avoiding the tourist trap prices. The room
was very clean, the buffet breakfast more than adequate to set you up
for
a days worth of sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
The arranged airport transfers were on time and the drivers very friendly and
chatty. Would absolutely, definitely, positively, 100% recommend your

| We have just returned from four days (three nights) in Prague. We are really satisfied with everything. From the pick-up at the airport
on arrival to the drop off at the airport on our departure.
Friendly and extremely punctual services and we had a great evening on
the river
cruise. The food, though simple was fine and the entertainment top class
for such an evening.
The Czech evening (Traditional Czech Night) was an event to be remembered... the food very tasty
and
the wine very abundant. Though it was a Sunday in April the evening
saw us with guests from Moscow and California all dancing the Mazurka. I
never thought that I and certainly not my husband would take part in
this
group activity... Believe me it was a one off. But our hostess (and the
wine no doubt!!) had the Russians and the Americans and ourselves (from
the Netherlands) on the floor dancing together. It was a lovely weekend and my compliments for the superb
organization.

make our trip out there great. The accommodation (U Zlatych Nuzek Hotel)
was great yet again - especially as they had one
of the few non-smoking restaurants in Prague and
we were given a deluxe room. Also the Airport
transfer worked out great as our driver was there
to meet us and the driver even came 15 minutes
early for our departure, and although we were
ready, was quite happy to wait until the
departure time that had been quoted if we wanted
more time. Both drivers were well mannered and
well dressed and very careful drivers.
This is the second time that I have used your
company and have nothing but praise for you and
will be recommending you to anyone that I know
that will be visiting Prague. You really do make everything smooth.

| We write upon our return from Prague, where we have enjoyed a
wonderful few days. We were met at the airport by a very nice and
professional driver, who greeted us in excellent English and welcomed us
to Prague. He pointed out interesting land marks along the way as he
drove us to the hotel.
The following morning we had booked the Prague walking tour (Best of Prague Walking Tour). This was
very informative, the guide, who again spoke excellent English, was very
friendly. Her knowledge was astounding and we thoroughly enjoyed the
four
hour tour.
On our final evening we enjoyed a chamber orchestra concert, again using
your advanced booking service. We were provided with excellent seats
enjoying an uninterrupted view of the stage.

| I just thought I would write to say thank you. We have just returned from four nights in Prague, and were delighted with all that you provided (the Prague Package). The hotel (Beranek) was fine - decent size room, spotlessly clean, excellent bathroom. We took the walking tour on Sunday, and had an absolutely excellent guide... He was extremely well informed, amusing etc. The boat trip was good too; not at all crowded, and a nice relaxing way to spend part of the day. And the transfers to and from the airport all worked superbly. So, very many thanks.

two friends. Prague Experience made it all the more memorable. They delivered on all the arrangements with total professionalism. It makes a nice change for people to actually do what they say they would. I can not recommend them highly enough. The Jilska apartment was very spacious and centrally located and a very welcome change from a hotel room. Their restaurant recommendation for "Hot" restaurant was spot on. Very comfortable surroundings, lovely piano music and fabulous food and not too expensive. An all around memorable experience.

| Returned from my vacation a few days ago and I thought that I would report back to you folks on the tours etc. that you arranged for me...First of all, the airport transfer went smoothly except that I was delayed by the fact that my main bag did not arrive with the plane. Please thank the driver for waiting around for me...I was very pleased with the guide you arranged for me for the whole day. He was excellent and I got to see many things that I probably would not have without a guide. I was also VERY pleased with the restaurant you recommended for lunch. | The staff at Prague Experience are second to none - 6.45pm on a Saturday night was no problem to them and were able to organise a different hotel in the space of 10-15 minutes...they booked taxis for us who always turned up on time, smartly dressed in very clean cars. Dinner cruise was a lovely relaxing evening and I would recommend to anyone thinking of going to Prague to use Prague Experience - they will fall over themselves to help you and will come up trumps!

| We have just returned from a week in Prague. We cannot thank you enough for making what was a good holiday an excellent one. Through Prague Experience we booked a taxi to & from the airport, 2 tickets for saxophone quartet, 2 more for the Swan Lake Ballet and finally a table at the Bellevue restaurant for our 30th wedding anniversary. All of the arrangements which you made on our behalf were perfect. The taxis were always on time & the drivers were very courteous. The ballet seats could not have been better if we had chosen the seats ourselves. My request for a table at Bellevue to be at the window looking over the river to Charles Bridge was wonderful. Your professional help really made our

| We all had a great time, especially the stag. I now want to emigrate to Prague! The apartments were wonderful and the events were of a very high standard. Our pub tour guide (Prague Pub Crawl) was absolutely fabulous. She really started the stag party off well...She had a terrific rapport with the lads and knew SO much about the area. Our shooting was AWESOME (AK47 & M16 Shooting Trip). The lads thoroughly loved the location and were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the instructors, who demonstrated a wonderful level of knowledge and skill with 12 people who had hardly shot anything more than a water pistol...Your company has proven itself beyond a shadow of a doubt to be the best organisers of events and activities. Your level of support, the prices (extremely competitive!) and the packages have been a total success. May I thank you very much and wish you every success. As you can imagine organising a trip from our point of view for 36 people was one hell of a task...but without your help I can definitely say it would have been impossible. Right from the start the airport transfer went smooth as silk even despite our flight being delayed by one hour. The apartments were brilliant and no one could find a fault with them, clean, modern and in a great location (Wenceslas Square Apartments). The boat trip was brilliant (Prague Strip Boat), one of the many highlights on the trip. The arrangements were perfect, we even had one person turn up after the boat had set sail...the rep got the boat turned around and picked him up!
