| The Biskupsky Dum Hotel was excellent. The staff were very helpful and the rooms
nicely furnished and comfortable. The location was superb being only a
few minutes
walk from Charles Bridge and in Mala Strana. The Best of Prague Walking Tour was the highlight of our stay. Our guide, Omar, was outstanding, being
informative and
amusing. He described the sights in great detail and his English was
excellent.

highlights of our trip. The first was the Traditional Czech Night which eased us

It was our anniversary whilst in Prague and they upgraded on our room, we couldn't have been more impressed with everything. The room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was wonderful. When we arrived at the airport, as you promised, someone was waiting for us...when we came to return home, sure enough your car was there in plenty of time...The tour that was included in the package was brilliant, we learnt so much from this tour and so glad we did it...If we do ever return to Prague, then without a doubt I would book with Prague Experience, the whole package was wonderful and nothing was wrong - perfect in every way. The flight out was delayed by 30 minutes but the driver was waiting at the airport for us. The return pick-up was right on the agreed time. The free walking tour was great and our guide excellent. It was particularly nice as there were only 8 people on the tour compared with 20 to 40 people on other tours. The location of the hotel was excellent (Prague Golden Age Hotel)...it was very clean and had a reasonably priced mini-bar. The breakfast was fine and the staff very friendly. The taxi was waiting at the airport to pick us up - a very helpful and polite man - and he was also on time to take us back to the airport. Our guide for the dinner was very helpful and chatty and the performance was just what was wanted... We had our own little room at a nice restaurant (Male Strip Dinner & Show)...The mini bus for the sightseeing tour picked us up on time... we had a very knowledgeable guide...We saw so many places and spent a good hour at the castle looking at everything and then walked to Charles Bridge...All in all we had a wonderful weekend and have vowed we will return as there were so many other places we would have liked to have seen.

| What can I say except the biggest thank you ever for helping make a birthday surprise weekend absolutely fabulous. A last minute booking was dealt with immediately, the hotel was excellent, very polite staff, really good breakfast and very good clean rooms (Beranek Hotel). The extras I requested were perfect too (thanks again). We were near enough to the centre to walk everywhere but far enough away to enjoy the peace too. The river cruise is definitely NOT to be missed, again very well organised...very good selection of food and nice music. The free walking tour was very informative, giving excellent advice...The transfers were prompt and on time and very professional, very good value for money, the drivers spoke very good English and again chatty and polite and funny. It all made for an excellent visit to a beautiful city, we will definitely be back and will definitely recommend and use Prague Experience in future. I really cannot praise the whole package enough.

The walking tour was very nice and very reasonable and we were delighted that it included tram tickets to the castle rather than the steep walk there. Our guide was lovely, very friendly, spoke perfect English and was very willing to answer any questions we had... I have saved the best for last - the dinner cruise. It was wonderful. The buffet food had a nice selection for all tastes and was plentiful. The jazz music was great…You had mentioned that it would not be of the same standard as the luxurious boat cruises in Paris and London and I thought that was very well described. We were on a dinner cruise in Paris last July and yes it was wonderful and very different but I have to say that I think I preferred the Prague one although it was only a fraction of the price. Top marks for the dinner cruise - excellent value for money.

| We booked a transfer from the airport to our hotel and we did not know what to expect, but on arrival there was our driver stood there with his note pad. He helped us with our bags and was polite and very friendly. He took us to our hotel and on route he pointed out certain landmarks and gave us a little background on the history. True to his word he came back to our hotel 2 days later and was still as happy and friendly. We would certainly recommend your services to friends and family.

The airport transfers worked like clockwork and we were really impressed with the drivers...They were very friendly and helpful, and told us all sorts of interesting info about Prague. This sort of thing makes such a difference, and we were very grateful to them. We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Antik. It was in an excellent location, being only a couple of minutes from the Old Town Square, and handy for several restaurants...The hotel was steeped in character and the staff were efficient and friendly. There was nothing to fault it - the food was plentiful and very good, the drinks bill was surprisingly low considering the amount we had, the staff were really friendly and if we come to Prague again for New Year we would definitely book the party boat again.

The Alton Hotel was clean, tidy, and the staff were friendly, and we were pleased to find its location was just a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. It was very useful to receive an e-mail from you reminding us to organise airport transfers a few days before our departure, and we were impressed to find our driver waiting on arrival even though our flight was delayed. | We arrived back from Prague just in time for Christmas. Everything that we booked through Prague Experience was excellent. The driver was waiting for us at the airport despite our being 45 minutes early and gave us a tour on the way to our hotel. He even explained which trams to get and where they went and marked it all on the maps he gave us. Our city tour was excellent and ran just for 4 people. All of our meal
bookings had been made and we were expected. The medieval banquet was amazing - the food never stopped coming. Thank you.

Went the extra mile and gave us a map and good advice for our stay...The hotel (Prague Golden Age Hotel), we arrived and my mum and her friend had a lovely room. Me and my husband were not so happy with ours.. We decided to say something and immediately staff were friendly. The next night, they moved us to one of the best rooms I have ever stayed in. The breakfasts were lovely and the taxi driver came to our door and took us back in style and comfort.
