Traditional Cafés in Prague

Traditional cafés in Prague are grand establishments that simply ooze early 20th century finesse. These ornate coffeehouses were once the preserve of affluent citizens of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and its celebrated poets, scientists and philosophers.

Today, Prague cafés cater for anyone in search of a touch of civility. Partake in an elegantly presented coffee or hot chocolate, and a fresh cake, in the most dignified surroundings.
